I enrolled in a course at Kazumi soon after my company landed clients in Tokyo. I was expecting a little grammar, but what I got was so much more. Our trainer made the language fun with everyday life examples, video cartoons, and role-play, and we practised filling in vocabulary recall exercises. I had a better understanding of Japanese professionalism through the cultural sessions—bowing etiquette, greetings, and even writing practice. Within a couple of months, I was also able to read the hiragana and katakana quite fluently and have little conversations with native speakers. This class really boosted my confidence at work and motivated me to get planning for my first trip to Japan!

Studying for JLPT N4 sounded scary until I started with Kazumi’s preparation course. The organised schedule, practice exams, grammar exercises, and listening practices had made a big difference for the aspirants. The trainers were very clear in explaining patterns and offered memory tricks that proved extremely valuable. We had vocabulary lists and past papers to practice every week, and my speed improved significantly. I loved the feedback sessions in particular—they were showing me specifically where I was dropping marks. Now I am feeling confident about my exam next month. This is the JLPT course for those who are serious about passing.

I signed up for the Japanese for Beginners course after viewing a travel vlog about Kyoto. I had an encouraging beginning at Kazumi Japanese & Culture School. We began with assumptions, self-introductions, and script writing. No trainers raced through modules, ensuring everyone had comprehension. What I enjoyed most were the real-life dialogues we rehearsed—ordering food, asking for directions, and shopping phrases. I felt like I was already strolling on the streets of Japan with these. I can’t wait to move on to the next level, because learning here is just so fulfilling.

I worked for a Japanese automotive supplier, and my greatest difficulty was filling the communication void. I went to the Japanese for Work course at Kazumi, and there is no turning back in my career. Our trainer taught industry-specific terminology, meeting etiquette, keigo (polite forms), and Japanese work culture. We role-played presentations, email templates, and business chats. I was able to read project instructions and understand them (even without whistles) for the first time after the course. I was so confident in my ability that my supervisor had me report directly to Japan’s coordination team. This course has really added value to my career.

As an operations manager, I was fascinated with Japanese management ideas like Kaizen and Just-In-Time. The Kazumi Japanese Management Course offered a thorough explanation of these methods with practical examples from the lesson. The teacher demonstrated how Japanese firms instilled the values of productivity, discipline, and teamwork. We also learned about Genchi Genbutsu and the 5S Lean organisation model. I used a few of them with my own team, and productivity rose significantly. That course not only taught me language but also expanded my professional horizons. Highly recommended for management professionals.

I had a dream to work in Japan, so I wanted to pass the basic criteria, and the JFT Basic Exam was my first step. JFT preparation classes by Kazumi were very organised. The faculty provided us with topic-based worksheets, speaking practices, and listening exercises based on the exact exam pattern. Mock tests showed me my weak points, especially in reading speed. I also enjoyed their advice on life in Japan, about job specifications and the process of migration. Today, I think my chances of clearing JFT are pretty high. This class is a wonderful introduction for people who are going to be living in Japan.

I joined the Master’s in Japanese Language because I was looking for an academic-level learning opportunity over and above just being conversationally fluent. The course included literature, translation methods, advanced features of grammar, business communication, and cultural anthropology. The thing that delighted me the most was the academic level—research tasks, presentations, and practical translation workshops. The faculty addressed us as scholars, not pupils. This course directly impacted my career potential in translation, travel, and international business. I feel capable of working at high-level positions with global communication.

I desire to change my job from customer support, so I joined Kazumi in the Career Japanese Course. It ended up being the most career-focused training I’ve ever received. The trainer taught us the interview etiquette, how to write resumes in Japanese, about manners at work, and what HR would expect in this country. We did interview questions, keigo practice, and actual company scenarios. I also picked up business e-mail formats and polite conversational styles. It helped me align my whole professional approach.
