Home / Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Examopedia — browsing the site, taking practice tests and assessments, and earning certificates. Please read them before you begin an exam.
Effective from 01 January 2026Examopedia is operated by Henry Harvin Education. By using the platform — creating an account, taking an exam, or simply browsing — you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your country of residence to use Examopedia. If you are using the platform on behalf of an employer or institution, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them.
Some features, including viewing your results and certificates, require an account. You agree to give accurate details when registering and to keep them up to date.
Each exam shows its duration, number of questions and total marks before you begin. Once you start, a timer runs and the exam is submitted automatically when it expires.
Objective questions are scored as soon as you submit. Questions that need a human reviewer — written answers and uploaded files — are graded afterwards, and your final result is published once grading is complete.
Where an exam carries a pass mark, a certificate is issued if your score meets it. Certificates confirm performance in that assessment only; they are not a qualification awarded by any statutory or regulatory body unless the exam page says so. We may withdraw a certificate obtained through misrepresentation or a breach of these terms.
Most assessments on Examopedia are free. Where an exam is paid, the price is shown on its page and is charged from your Examopedia wallet, which you can top up through our payment provider.
[Refund terms to be confirmed] — this section should set out whether wallet balances and exam fees are refundable, within what period, and how to request a refund.
When using Examopedia you agree not to:
All content on Examopedia — questions, answer keys, explanations, course material, branding, design and code — belongs to Henry Harvin Education or its licensors. You may use it for your own learning and assessment, and for no other purpose, without our written permission.
Files you upload as answers remain yours. By submitting them you give us permission to store and process them for grading, certification and verification.
We work to keep Examopedia available at all times, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical faults or events beyond our control may interrupt access.
If a technical fault on our side prevents you from completing an exam, contact us and we will review the attempt and, where appropriate, allow you to sit it again.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misuses the platform or compromises the integrity of our assessments. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Examopedia is provided for learning and self-assessment. While we work to keep our content accurate and current, we do not warrant that any assessment guarantees a particular outcome, qualification or employment.
[Liability limits to be confirmed] — this section should state the extent to which liability is limited, and any amounts involved, as advised by your legal team.
[Jurisdiction to be confirmed] — these terms are expected to be governed by the laws of India, with the courts at [city] having exclusive jurisdiction. Please confirm the correct wording.
We may update these terms as the platform develops or the law changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised, and continued use of Examopedia after a change means you accept the updated terms.
